The idea is pleasant and well-translated: Japanese chef Yuma Nishioka takes the reins of this seemingly classic establishment to produce French cuisine with a classic base, revisited by his culture and the zeitgeist acquired notably at Samuel Albert's. The result is an alert, well-mastered cuisine, in a pretty wood and parquet decor. Friday evening tasting menu at €70.
