Gourmet Restaurant A good restaurant serving Italian, and more specifically Sardinian, cuisine, with more emphasis on the products and wine than on the recipes themselves. The charcuterie is of very good quality, such as the veal chuck confit, and the desserts are well prepared, such as the chocolate sphere stuffed with tiramisu. The full menu costs €49, which shows that this is a "ristorante" worthy of the resort.
