As time goes by, this Shardana grows in stature and ease, for a Mediterranean cuisine that is no longer solely centered on Italy, offering a wider, but also more personal repertoire, noble products and rather creative recipes, through a menu with a wide choice for €54: scallops, fennel, poutargue, rigatoni with octopus in tomato, caper and chilli sauce, roast poultry smoked with rosemary, poultry juice with truffle and celery purée, tiramisu sphere and hot chocolate... The cellar is divided between Bandol, Sardinia and Italy.
