Hailing from Carpentras, David and Cyrielle have brought their southern traditions with them, and in this attractive Savigny home, they offer a cuisine somewhere between Vienne and the Mediterranean. You'll rediscover the pleasures of here as well as there: green asparagus and scallops in ravioli, ricotta and pesto, green asparagus velouté sliced with cream of scallop coral, bouillabaisse as in Marseille, pavé de taureau gardois barded with cured ham, cannelloni de gardiane and jus de taureau à la gardoise, crème brûlée from Savigny-sous-Faye.
