Gault&Millau's review 2026

Here's a restaurant that's sure to please a loyal clientele, with a short menu of seasonal produce, gourmet goodness and just-right cooking. Regulars will be directed to the small rooms to the right of the entrance, and occasional customers to the left. A generous tasting menu at €79: organic egg confit, chanterelles, parsnips and horseradish, then langoustines in thin, crispy ravioli, press juice and tamarind, then scallops, truffle, caramelized endive, radicchio and buckwheat shortbread, black angus beef, olives, pommes grenailles, oyster mushrooms and herb condiment and finally two desserts, citrus vacherin and kiwi for freshness and ganache, vanilla cream, crispy meringues for indulgence. To accompany this cuisine, trust Julien Piot, a former wine merchant, to find the perfect match.
