It's the fish restaurant in Besançon, always there and always as pleasant as ever! The menu is traditional, and you'll go in without fear of a surprise. With its classically beautiful setting, the restaurant lends itself to special occasions. À la carte: pan-seared scallops, fresh asparagus and truffle vinaigrette; fishing return with fresh asparagus, hollandaise sauce and lemon butter emulsion; lobster in a tomato, cucumber and potato nage with dill; sweetbreads with peas, fava beans, smoked bacon and truffle jus; macvin-flavored crème brûlée.
