The completion of the building work should make it easier to get to this sincere restaurant near the Yonne. The cuisine is highly traditional, prepared with care and commitment to quality products: eggs meurette, snails, 5A andouillette with chaource and fried onions, Chablis-style ham, salmon meunière; the menus cover the whole menu, and we recommend adding €4 to enjoy the region's fine cheeses (soumaintrain, époisses...) before the chocolate fondant or apple tart. Irancy and palotte, saint-bris and chablis for the nearest vineyards, available by the glass.
