Gault&Millau's review 2026

The Saint-Marc restaurant and cellar, conveniently located at the entrance from Tourtour, offers well-crafted regional cuisine that's even quite sophisticated: scallops plancha nem with leek and creamy carbonara, quail brochette with figatelli, grilled Iberian pork pluma with creamy porcini mushroom and quince confit, mashed potatoes with olive oil. The 37 € gourmet formula allows you to pick and choose, with the chef adding a few suggestions of the moment (veal chop with morel mushrooms, prime rib...). More conventional desserts, regional cavé.
