A classic to know and frequent for the quality of the products, most of which come from the surrounding farms, and for the serious execution in a traditional atmosphere: cassolette of veal sweetbreads with mushrooms, pork chop, duck breast with orange sauce, beef steak with pepper. The plates are well garnished, the service friendly, and we end on the same note with baba au rhum or profiteroles. The €30 menu takes stock and leaves plenty of choice.
