Gault&Millau's review 2026

A good seasonal restaurant not far from the town hall, well-maintained and perfectly calibrated, with its sober, contemporary decor and coherent market cuisine. The €35 menu is ideal value for money, with salmon bömlo gravelax, fregola sarda salad with wild garlic pesto, veal confit from the Aubracs farm, eggplant caviar with zaatar, veal jus with tomato, rice pudding with pistachio, gariguette strawberry salad and strawberry sorbet.
