Over the past ten years, Xavier Choulet's restaurant has established itself as one of the most pleasant in the Boucle district, thanks to its modernity and conviviality. The chef thinks less of the Jura than he does of his own preferences, turning his eye to Asia and fashionable products to create a creative cuisine d'auteur. His lunch menu is a first introduction, with yellow zucchini gaspacho, cucumber tartar with white balsamic and Thai basil, veal confit, bulgur tied with kalamata olive cream and zaatar, tahini yogurt sauce, strawberry pavlova, vanilla cream and Cléry strawberry tartar, strawberry-kiwi sorbet.
