Gourmet Restaurant The bistro's chic atmosphere is just as suitable for first dates as it is for lunch in town, with its subdued lighting in the evening and terrace on sunny days. The plates show a certain delicacy, thoughtful assemblages revisiting the repertoire, a cream of white lingot beans, shavings of foie gras and walnut oil, a skrei cod, black garlic reduced juice, buckwheat mousseline and buckwheat crunch, a shoulder of roast Bigorre black pig, cooking juice and potato fondant, small vegetables, cannelés like profiteroles.
