Perched atop the Fourvière hill, Christian Têtedoie's rooftop offers a privileged panorama of all the beauty of the City of Lights. Today's summer cuisine featured a perfect egg (really perfect) with its just-cooked white and creamy yolk, accompanied by piperade and quality chorizo. The main course was a pluma of Spanish pig, eggplant and sweet bell pepper. And for dessert, the power of Jamaya chocolate is combined with red fruits that are a little discreet, such as the agastache announced. A fine selection of wines by the glass, an extensive cocktail list and pleasant service.
