A seafront location, a panoramic view from the fifth floor of the Five Seas Hotel. As you gaze out over the waves, you'll immediately feel the Mediterranean in your mouth, satisfied by a trend-setting menu: crispy prawns with mint, Sicilian-style arancini, hake aioli, lamb confit with sweet spice jus... Cheeses from Mons, banoffee, pisco soufflé to round things off.
