Gourmet Restaurant We'd be lying if we didn't see the rooftop terrace as a major asset, but chef Lori Moreau is not short of arguments. To accompany this exceptional view and beautiful green setting, the chef has imagined a French cuisine of great height, calling on fine produce and meticulous presentation. You'll find crispy beef confit with herbs and caramelized shallot condiments, roasted brill fillet with hazelnut butter, root vegetable composition and citrus champagne beurre blanc, poultry supreme stuffed with chestnut and butternut squash millefeuille, hazelnut soufflé and Madagascar vanilla ice cream.
