It's a bit like the icing on the cake, a gourmet table to complete the Parc Hôtel**** experience, after the Yonaguni spa and the luxury of the facilities. Intelligently managed by Marie and Cyril Bonnard, the kitchens reflect all the experience of the couple, who travelled the world before returning to Alsace. The plates are as ambitious as their ambitions, from small truffled ravioli, perfect egg, artichokes and ponzu truffle, large snacked shrimps, Thai tomato fondue, herb salad, roast duck breast, barbecue sauce, avocado and coriander, Alsatian strawberries with aloe vera, angel cream and strawberry sorbet. Good service.
