Remarkable Restaurant A pretty, unassuming house proudly facing the ocean, with a view out to sea and the Glénan archipelago in the distance, and the enduring idea of a table entirely dedicated to its environment. Chef Jérôme Gourmelen works his land and the coast with a modern, ethical vision, with the precision of a pastry chef and the right sourcing, revealing a Brittany that's always on the move. Starting at €69, graphic round-trips between the sea and the hinterland, artichoke, buckwheat and mustard from the banks of the Rance, just-seared st. Pierre, textured cauliflower and hazelnut butter foam, Fabien's squab, celery and truffle, jus court, dessert of fig, gavotte, turmeric and ginger.
