Chef's Restaurant The love affair between Rodolphe Paquin and his regulars has been going on for almost thirty years, and we all pray that it will continue for as long as possible. For the generosity, for the "real food", for the pate en croûte that's just about the best in Paris, for all the goodness and warmth that this house of happiness brings to those who frequent it. You don't need five chef's hats, lobster and caviar to do yourself a world of good: you can do it with that hand-written sheet of paper, the rillettes de lièvre, the galantine de sole aux cèpes, the boudin blanc truffé, the parmentier de sanglier, the gigot d'agneau de lait rôti à l'ail en chemise? The pure café decor and pretty skittles add to the impression of authenticity.
