On the road to Montceau-les-Mines, a roadside inn run by Mario Todaro for over thirty years. The little house has a simple, convivial feel, where friends stop in for good Burgundian cuisine: parsley ham cooked in an aligoté broth, a salad of frogs, lardons and pig grattons, a 5A andouillette with blackcurrant mustard, a skewer of herb-crusted leg of lamb with garlic sauce. After your meal, take a stroll up the mountain for a panoramic view of the surrounding area.
