This village inn is a lively place in this small Fenouillèdes commune; chef Frédéric Pratz, who has returned to his homeland, offers a cuisine with Mediterranean accents, where Iberian ham and pan con tomate rub shoulders with low-temperature-cooked Iberian pluma; lemon tart is deconstructed as it should be, and products are worked with precision in a friendly, family atmosphere; the wine list is clearly focused on local products from well-known winegrowers; we'd like to see this chef, a member of the Roussillon "toques blanches", dare to work on plates that are pure in content and totally in tune with this Roussillon region, rich in exceptional fish, vegetables and fruit.
