A grand 3* hotel on the banks of the Loire, ideal for a weekend with friends or family. Just a stone's throw from the vineyards, not far from Bourges, Sancerre and Nevers, the hotel makes a great base for exploring the region. In this old-fashioned beamed dining room, the chef champions regional and contemporary cuisine: Burgundy snails or tahitian-style tuna tartare, skate wing in beurre blanc sauce with capers and julienne vegetables, grilled Charolais beef ribeye with herbs and French fries, andouillette gratiné with Pouilly wine, raspberry almond tart. A convivial atmosphere.
