In a beautiful stone building, a modern layout for a wise and masterful cuisine, well expressed in its traditional rather than regional dimension: warm octopus slices with fennel and candied peppers, monkfish tail and grilled prawns, carrot velvet with vanilla and citrus reduction, roast duckling with cep croutons and foie gras jus réduit. Whole fish à la plancha depending on availability, a menu with no choice at €36, a good value.
