Chef's Restaurant
The charm of a “Sibuet” restaurant in the heart of the resort adds to the confidence that the dining experience will be impeccable and appealing. Everything is designed with well-being and comfort in mind, but also with a desire to satisfy guests—particularly through an extensive menu that doesn’t focus on a few flashy dishes but prioritizes its sophisticated clientele, whether they’re dining with family, friends, or a romantic partner, and who above all want to have the best time possible. This is achieved with caillette or cheeses as appetizers, porcini mushroom soup with caraway-flavored beef bacon, foie gras terrine, tartifle pie with farmhouse Reblochon, half-and-half fondue, beef cheek with Mondeuse cheese, not to mention the generous dessert buffet.
