Chef's Restaurant It's now been ten years since the company's son, Hubert Chanove, returned from his tour of France's finest houses. Accompanied by his wife Fanny, Hubert has gradually taken over from his father Jean-Marie, propelling this beautiful house near Lake Geneva into a new era. The dishes have been modernized, stripped of all superfluity, while remaining local and ever more plant-based. Two "surprise" menus only, in five or seven courses, and a fine wine list.
