This is undoubtedly one of the most unusual addresses in the guide: a table perched at an altitude of 2551 meters, promising a Paris-style lunch at the summit of Europe. The view is, of course, one of the most unique in the world, and although the cuisine is very efficient, the experience is memorable. You'll enjoy some well-crafted national and mountain recipes: beaufort and black truffle croque, onion soup au gratin, beef tartare, croziflette with Savoy diots, tartiflette with reblochon cheese, walnut tart and vanilla ice cream. Pleasant service.
