Sponsored In the unique setting of a rehabilitated industrial building, in the heart of the Halles de la Cartoucherie, Le Refuge by The Roof restaurant is also a living space where people come at 8am for a coffee or a fruit juice. It's a place to share a breakfast prepared with fresh, local produce. And in the evening, you can enjoy the bar and craft beers. And let's not forget pastry chef Sarah's homemade cakes and pastries, which you can enjoy at any time of day. In the kitchen, Chef Julien and Morgane offer dishes based on seasonal produce, much of it organic and sourced from Occitan producers. The cuisine is accessible to all, with a daily vegetarian menu. "We do traditional cuisine with a twist. It's a bit like a neighborhood canteen," say the hosts, who offer a daily menu starting at €19. Themed menus punctuate the year and, one Sunday a month, there's room for family meals. In the dining room, an attentive and passionate team led by Cholé welcomes you with a smile and a friendly welcome. A sheltered, planted terrace invites you to extend the moment.
