Chef's Restaurant This charming village on the shores of the Etang de Berre, with its delightful shaded patio and old stone vaulted dining room, is a former 17th-century wheat mill that is sure to attract good eaters. Gérard Guilly, who also fell under the spell of the place in the early 2000s, and his wife Sylvie, the dining room manager, offer a transparent cuisine that pays tribute above all to the great classics of French cuisine: blanquette of turbot with Breton curry, pan-fried scallops and roast salsify, mi-cuit with dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream, tartelette mont-blanc and black fruit confit...
