With a wealth of experience from his travels and various experiences in Lille, Christophe Scherpereel runs this "gourmet brasserie", as he likes to call it, with passion, bringing a festive touch to the riverside for business lunches and lovers of good, characterful cuisine. Well-selected seafood and oysters are part of the Quai's identity, complementing the arrival of line-caught sea bass, scallops in carpaccio or snacked, sole or mug of the open sea. Local meats such as Cambrai andouillette, shrimp croquettes and Mémé Marcelle's flamiche aux Maroilles anchor the restaurant in the region, while the impeccable flavors of the sauces and accompaniments are a testament to the chef's mastery. Affordable lunch and dinner menus, and a fairly extensive wine cellar with a small selection available by the glass.
