Experienced and masterful, the chef prepares her dishes with seriousness, for a good formula at €26, with AOC green Puy lentil salad, poached egg in jelly and marinated salmon, sautéed veal marengo en cocotte, calf's head with gribiche sauce, crème caramel. Suitable cellar.
