It's Christophe Marguin's stronghold between Tête-d'Or and Rhône, and in just a few years he's established himself as one of the district's benchmarks. A chic, rigorous bistro, the place delivers traditional Lyonnais cuisine, with anthology dishes to give you a good idea of its heritage. The menu features all the best-sellers: marrow bone au gratin; lobster ravioli and salmon bomlo; macaroni stuffed with foie gras and Bresse poultry hearts, poultry jus and Étrez cream; frogs with butter and fine herbs; sole meunière; Bresse poultry with Étrez cream and basmati rice; a meringue shell and Ardèche chestnut cream. Nice cellar.
