Gault&Millau's review2026
In the land of Molière, security comes first, with the cuisine of a chef as comfortable with rabbit as with lobster. In this well-kept bourgeois dining room, you'll get a good feeling, as you do every year, of being welcomed as if in a family inn, with attention to detail, just-right cooking, and rather reasonable prices: tataki of veal from Ségala, beet carpaccio with ripe vinaigrette and sweet onion, back of redfish snacked with vegetable and potato tian, almond cookie and almond parfait to evoke the calisson, melon coulis with almond milk ice cream for a complete menu at €42, quite unbeatable for the area. More noble products with the same good technique on the next proposal at €65. Serious wine cellar to get to know the surrounding vineyards.
