Chef's Restaurant For the whole of Avignon's southern suburbs, this restaurant is a landmark for chic dinners, family celebrations and business meals. Patrick Léonce is a great professional who knows his clientele well, and over the past fifteen years, with his wife, has turned this former sheepfold into a true gourmet meeting place. The short seasonal menu offers a well-considered choice, with noble products accompanied by the vegetables and ideas of the moment: foie gras confit au laurier barbe à papa à la poudre de cèpes, roasted scallops creamy cauliflower with curcuma kumquat confit en aigre doux, veal sweetbreads en tatin milk mushroom mousseux with smoked eel before a very good baba à l'irish coffee and Baileys ice cream. Well-constructed menus featuring the à la carte menu, cellar with beautiful labels on all the regions.
