Patrick Léonce's cooking is always inspired, and he takes care of his dishes as if they were his first, surrounding himself with the finest produce and working steadfastly for a loyal following of regulars. The menu is attractive, recounting walks, gatherings and fishing, with brown scallops and pumpkin, roast monkfish and Paimpol cocos, sautéed veal fillet with sweet potato mousseline... Lovely desserts, solid, justified prices, a well-balanced menu, with choice and four courses, for €82. Well-stocked regional cellar.
