A 3-star hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva, Olivier and Amélie's restaurant is a seasonal meeting place with a fine reputation, bringing local produce to life from spring to autumn. Numerous formulas, starting at €20.50, showcase contemporary, well-crafted market cuisine, such as crunchy fresh goat's cheese with tomato and eggplant confit, pike-perch steak with open vegetable ravioli and Thai lemon leaf emulsion, or lightly lacquered Iberian pig with green and white chard ribs and dauphine potatoes.
