This long-established establishment is always professional and uncompromising in its service. It has to be said that its ideal location, opposite the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, creates a sense of duty and expectation for the tourists who arrive on this privileged terrace from all over. We'll happily opt for the risk-free "Image de saison" menu, which gives you a good deal for its €39 price tag: Bresse poultry pressé with cider caramel and black garlic cream, haddock with spices and sesame milk or tartare au couteau, strawberry lime nage with basil ice cream... A great brasserie menu in its time.
