Original Restaurant Above the church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Ernest Hemingway's favorite brasserie is a century-old classic, a practical Parisian house that lives up to expectations. On the terrace or indoors, year-round, French traditions are on the menu: honey-roasted camembert, Mas Auvergne pâté, filet of sea bass with sauce vierge, oven-gilded duck confit with pommes à la dauphinoise and pan-fried fresh mushrooms, or sirloin steak.
