Gourmet Restaurant The former 18th-century pottery is a pleasant, restful setting and, with its contemporary, elegant interior architecture, provides a choice stopover. At the table, the skillful and conscientious Serge Ripert produces what appeals to travelers and locals alike, skilfully blending today's classics (trout gravlax horseradish cream, wellington beef) with must-haves (foie gras, scallops parsnip purée) adapted to the season. Dine à la carte for around €60, with a good gratin of red fruits in sabayon for dessert. Classic Burgundy cellar.
