In a magnificent, warmly decorated dining room, an intimate stopover in the hushed calm of this former pottery from the Clunisois region, the chef offers elegant, predominantly seafood cuisine: scallops as a starter and main course, mussel soup, smoked salmon and a veal shank for a touch of the terroir. As for the revisited vacherin, its structure and multiple textures make it a truly gourmet dessert!
