This is Albi's big institutional brasserie, a large, century-old address with a typical decor, large banner and cast-iron columns, in a recognizably Parisian and Art Deco style. The menu doesn't go in for originality, and we don't ask for it: classics for every occasion: foie gras, cochonnailles, mayo eggs, marrow bones, avocado toast, Asian roast salmon and ratatouille, gorgonzola macaroni and spinach, beef tartare, fried chicken, duck confit, ribeye steak with pepper sauce... It's also the perfect place for a drink on the terrace.
