Gault&Millau's review2026
Behind a discreet roadside façade, Pont Bernet is a charming address where traditional cuisine is treated with care and honesty. The welcome is professional, the dining room hushed and peaceful, and the dishes live up to expectations. The house-cured beef gîte salad is well seasoned, the rib-eye steak with its remarkable fries in beef fat is a great success, and the apple clafoutis flambéed in calvados ends the meal on a generous, gourmet note. The real highlight of the house is its wine list: over 250 references selected directly from the estate by Master Sommelier Jean-Christophe Ollivier. A cellar that alone would justify the trip.
