Gourmet Restaurant North of Bordeaux, a small hostelry and a good stopover in the Médoc, where you can enjoy traditionally inspired cuisine, particularly on the charming wooden terrace, ideal in summer. Above all, the restaurant boasts an excellent wine cellar, with over two hundred and fifty references, at decent prices for discovering the vineyards without breaking the bank. To accompany sauternes, saint-estèphe, lalande de pomerol and saint-émilion among others, scallop puff pastry with spinach and mussel cream, blue lobster tail and crisp, duck breast, leg of lamb and vegetable tartlet, Valrhona chocolate profiteroles.
