Gault&Millau's review 2026

On the beautiful Place des Cardeurs, a welcoming, well-established Provencal bistro that knows its clientele, who appreciate a cuisine that doesn't have much of an identity, but is traditional and well-cared-for, with a few contemporary or regional accents: red tuna carpaccio with ponzu sauce and leche de tigre mousse, foie gras beef filet Wellington-style, grilled calamari with edamame peppers and Kalamata olives. The €52 menu covers the whole menu, right down to the raspberry yuzu bavarois with hazelnut caramel chocolate dome.
