A cozy vacation spot in a village on the shores of the Arcachon Basin, hosted by Arnaud Chartier and his team. The small wooden terrace under the sails is ideal for sharing a plate of Joël Dupuch's oysters, before moving on to tuna tartare with mint, Thai basil and peanuts, wheat risotto with tofu, a roulade of free-range poultry with Espelette pepper, polenta and tomato compote, and a hot soufflé with cointreau. Good service.
