A chic dinner right on the water, at the edge of the charming little harbor. Locals from Bastia join tourists on the route to Cap Corse, turning this getaway into a wonderful evening of fine dining, featuring high-quality ingredients used thoughtfully without strict adherence to local traditions: foie gras with rhubarb and strawberries, smoked monkfish with shellfish jus, and pigeon with beets and a robust jus. A wine cellar featuring fine vintages, including Corsican wines, and classic, high-quality service.
