In this attractive contemporary setting, the chef brings out the best in the region with dedication and talent. This is particularly true of fish, of which he masters the selection and cooking with dexterity, the simple as well as the noble, mackerel as well as turbot, with shellfish being another fine source of inspiration, spider crab as well as lobster, through hidden menus at €69 and €99.
