Chef's Restaurant A temporary weakness in the kitchen or a discreet change of direction? On our last visit, we didn't recognize the Pily we were so enthusiastic about when we left COVID. Admittedly, the table is always fully booked, the products are beautiful, and the view of the harbor from this former harbor master's office is always pleasant, but clearly, the magic no longer works enough to win three toques. Portions seem to have shrunk, to the point where one sometimes wonders if the meal isn't just a flurry of amuse-bouches, and flavors have become a little aseptic, but the address remains highly recommendable. And there's no doubt that Pierre Marion will find a new lease of life.
