Gourmet Restaurant A high-end bistro that assures its service and presence through a sober, rather Parisian setting, revisited traditional cuisine that benefits from Marc Wang's excellent technique, all at attractive prices. The reputation of the restaurant follows logically, and we salute the good composition of the menu, with beef carpaccio, parmesan, rocket and capers, sea bream, polenta and Breton sauce, duck breast with orange sauce and baked vegetables, and a speculoos, mango, fromage blanc and Philadelphia cheesecake. Suitable cellar.
