This is the extension of the estate of the Castagné family, well-established walnut growers in the region with some forty hectares. Their house in the center of Martel is a complete space, with its counter-restaurant and guest rooms, where you can enjoy a well-stocked cellar and a terroir menu. On the menu, pig ravioli with ginger broth, croquette of smoked pollack, labneh, tapioca and chili oil, pork loin with miso chestnut, celery and sage, black forest with morello cherries and mulled wine.
