On the edge of the Haut-Rhin region, close to the Swiss border, this lovely traditional house with red walls is home to Cécile and Lionel Stolz's table and chambres d'hôte. Contrary to appearances, the interior is very contemporary, with a parquet flooring room, open kitchen, Scandinavian lines and very pure decoration, announcing an equally contemporary and well-presented cuisine. The chef operates a hidden menu, to better control his production and adapt his dishes to the seasons, in three or four courses, at €48 and €65. A rather small cellar and a very modern selection (Léo Dirringer, Christian Binner, Lapalu, Thomas Pico, Fanny Sabre, Maxime Magnon, Hervé Villemade, Mathieu Barret...).
