With its gingham tablecloths and wooden beams, the rustic, homey feel works well in this cozy interior. Emmanuel Cayot's cuisine doesn't need to change too much, as the Burgundian specialties are mouth-watering and live up to their promise: snails with parsley butter, entrecôte with epoisses pepper sauce, homemade crème brûlée in the good €36 menu, with the menu bringing together other welcome classics, such as parsley ham, eggs meurette and beef cheek bourguignon.
