One year after its closure, Le Petit Bistro reopened its doors on October 7, 2025, thanks to four of its residents. The new team includes Manon, who previously worked at Jeannette's, a restaurant quickly acclaimed by Grenoble's finest. The new team has managed to retain the cachet of the bistro, a vital establishment in this small village nestled in the mountains. The key words are simplicity and authenticity, with a local and natural approach to both plate and glass. The menu on the slate adapts to the seasons and local producers, like in winter with leeks in gribiche sauce or gnudis with chard. The ingredients are cooked with great finesse, and lemon or garlic condiments add a little extra soul to the dishes. Wines are chosen mainly from Isère and Savoie, with some fine discoveries. The service is very pleasant.
