A superb half-timbered house in the halles, immediate charm and a fine working tool to seduce visitors to this jewel of an Augeron village. Chef Adrien Haye cultivates a good sense of the land for a refined cuisine under the exposed framework: barbecued lobster, zucchinis, apricot sabayon tarragon, saddle of rabbit with parsley, honey, mustard and curry condiment, hot soufflé with calvados green pepper ice cream. Prices also take account of this privileged location, at €70 for the full sequence (menu adjustable according to the number of courses).
