Chef's Restaurant
A simple, welcoming restaurant with the atmosphere of a modernized family-run inn. Guillaume Dercourt serves cuisine inspired by the local market and the ideas of the moment and the season. Depending on the day’s catch, you might be served scallops in season, paired with a Camargue rice risotto, but we also appreciate the simplicity of the “From the Market” menu for €40, served for lunch and dinner: gravlax salmon with guacamole and mango vinaigrette; slow-cooked pork loin with miso and soy sauce; and a dessert featuring honey, almond cookies, and orange blossom ice cream—among Amandine’s many delicious desserts…
