Chef's Restaurant Renamed "Le Patio by Lou Caléou", the house retains all its virtues, with a beautiful, light-filled space featuring exposed stonework and bay windows under impressive high ceilings, blending the contemporary (rusted metal door frames) with the authentic rustic (polished Castries stone). The owner details the embellishments, the welcome is warm and the cuisine well mastered by chef Guillaume Dercourt: crisp vegetable minestrone with mussels and cockles, saffron foam, beautiful roasted Normandy scallops, creamy Camargue rice risotto with parmesan, crab espuma, pleasant version of the black forest by pastry chef Amandine, dark chocolate shavings and Morello cherry sorbet. Classic cellar, little choice by the glass. Very good value for money.
