A must on any guided tour, this Passe-Porc, with its incredible, warm atmosphere, red velvet benches, numerous knick-knacks and representations of pigs, is the key to crossing the border between the metropolis and traditional, gourmet Flanders, with the specialties of the place: pork tripe, potjevleesch, horse flank steak, filet américain, garlic spider...
