Original Restaurant Everything is good in the pig: this is a Lille institution, with its atypical decor, stained glass windows, countless agricultural competition plaques nailed to the walls and dozens of pig statuettes encircling the red benches. Giblets, andouillette, tripe and brains are well accompanied by well-selected beef such as chevillard, onglet tige or côte à l'os. For even more authenticity, you can sit at the zinc in front of a salad bowl of museau, frogs' legs, a pot of rillettes or regional shrimp croquettes, followed by filet américain and potjevleesch, before chocolate mousse or Chartreuse crème brûlée.
