Original Restaurant This mysterious Passage, with its upstairs dining room, retains a certain power of attraction thanks to its speakeasy style mixed with a touch of prestige. The menu is extensive and up to date: chicken nems and Iberian ham croquettes, scallop risotto and yellowtail sashimi, wagyu wok and foie gras, black cod miso yuzu, caviar linguine...
