Guillaume Poyet, a chef for almost 17 years, and Émilie Politopoulos, a service specialist, are passionate about their profession and the restaurant business. Since March 2026, they have been running Le Parvis, a bistronomic restaurant. The Chef makes it a point of honor to work with the finest local and seasonal produce. With a modern approach, enhanced by Japanese or Mediterranean touches, his cuisine is highly elaborate. Recurring dishes include leek with gribiche sauce, tuna tartare with tonnato sauce and Bresse poultry with supreme sauce. For dessert, Guillaume excels with chocolate mousse, rice pudding and Pavlova. These are all dishes to be enjoyed as part of a menu, served with interesting wines. In the evening, the Carte blanche formula invites you to surprise yourself with refined dishes. And Sunday lunchtime is brunch with an all-you-can-eat buffet. The setting is charming and exotic, and the atmosphere friendly. The small team's welcome is highly professional.
