This contemporary building is home to an elegant, regular table, which retains its classic stature for a cuisine that is professional and respectful of flavors and products. With confidence in the execution, you can indulge your cravings of the moment: veal petals marinated in ewe's milk cheese, eggplant and preserved lemon, roasted monkfish with thyme, steamed broad beans and smoked duck breast with sweet onion jus, strawberry-rhubarb sablé with vanilla crème brûlée. This beautiful sequence costs no more than in an ordinary Paris brasserie, with refinement and professionalism in the service. A good menu at €41, a fair wine cellar.
